Composting of husks produced by two phase centrifugation olive oil milling plants Related Projects
The two-phase centrifugation technology, recently introduced into European olive milling plants, seems to solve the problem of olive milling waste water by dramatically reducing its production. In the meantime, however, it shifts the problem to husks, which have higher water content and higher phenol concentration.
